I would recommend Home Inspector Alvin Meschke to inspect every home you(realtor) sell. I called Alvin Meschke Wednesday at 4:00 P.M. and he returned my call in 10 mins, answered every question I had and we scheduled the home inspection for the following day at 9:00 A.M. ( Thursday 8-6-15). Alvin was at my house at 8:50 A.M. 10 minutes early and did everything he said and I had my inspection report at the exact time he promised, I was charged $400.00 for a 4,073 SQ FT home which I felt was very reasonable. Lee Fastbinder with Lee Clearview Inspections can go jump in a lake, I called Fastbinder probably 7 times and got one call returned.
We hired Al with Cornerstone Home Inspections to complete an inspection on a home we are working on buying. He was extremely knowledgable and very eager to teach us about what he was inspecting and gave us very useful tips as a new home owner. We had him inspect the water well, propane tank, aerobic system, A/C and heater, electrical and the rest of the exterior and interior of the property and the home. He was very thorough and most certainly worth the money we paid! He provides a detailed report that includes photos, which was presented shortly after his inspection was complete.
